lifting plan

Overview: 

  • 1 hour in-person session: movement evaluation, strength testing, goal setting

  • 8 week lifting plan written for you to perform independently 

  • virtual check in at 4 weeks, remote lifting form feedback at any time throughout 

  • Cost: $350

Details: 

  • This is appropriate for the player is who ready to make real changes this off-season and wants a program tailored to their needs and goals

  • The player that chooses this option does not have an injury that truly affected playing time or activity levels - nagging aches/pains are ok and will be taken into consideration 

  • Depending on goals and prior history, testing may include: quad/HS force output, hip abductors/adductors force output, rotator cuff force output, vertical jump testing, lifting assessment, etc. 

Physical therapy 

Overview: 

  • 1 hour evaluation + 3 x 45-minute treatment sessions + lifting program 

  • Cost: $480

Details: 

  • This player is ready to address an injury that has been bothering them this past season 

  • They are motivated to do a lifting program independently, so that in-person sessions can focus on rehabilitation 

  • Sessions may include a combination of strengthening, mobility, and soft tissue work

  • Can space out the follow up sessions as appropriate 

  • This player is able to get a referral for physical therapy or is currently under the care of a PCP
