The player that chooses this option does not have an injury that truly affected playing time or activity levels - nagging aches/pains are ok and will be taken into consideration

Depending on goals and prior history, testing may include: quad/HS force output, hip abductors/adductors force output, rotator cuff force output, vertical jump testing, lifting assessment, etc.
Physical therapy
Overview:

1 hour evaluation + 3 x 45-minute treatment sessions + lifting program

They are motivated to do a lifting program independently, so that in-person sessions can focus on rehabilitation

Sessions may include a combination of strengthening, mobility, and soft tissue work
